The Contest is organized by Empatify, hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”, having its registered office at ul. Krokwi 32/18, Warsaw 03-114, conducting business under Tax Identification Number: 1132806433, registered in the National Court Register under 382104025.
DURATION OF THE CONTEST
The Contest begins on January 17th, 2024 at 6 PM and ends on January 31th, 2024 at 6 PM.
CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
The participant of the contest can be any person of legal age and have an active account on the social network Facebook.
CONTEST RULES
To participate in the contest, participants must:
a. Like the “Empatify – I understand what i feel” page.
b. Leave a comment under the contest post describing how they would like to use Empatify brand products.
AWARDS
The organizer expects to award 5 pieces of Empatify brand products. Winners will be selected from among all participants whose comments are considered the most original and creative.
In return, the winners will be required to write their opinion on the product: the Cards of Feelings and Needs, which the Organizer will be able to share on its website.
SELECTION OF WINNERS
The winners will be selected by an evaluation team consisting of representatives of the Organizer. Decisions are final and indisputable.
ANNOUNCEMENT OF RESULTS
The results of the contest will be announced no later than February 7th, 2024 at 6 PM. on “Empatify – I understand what i feel” page. Winners will also be informed via private message on Facebook.
PRESENTATION OF PRIZES
Winners are required to send their contact information (name, surname, address, telephone number) to the email address contact@empatify.com. The prizes will be sent at the Organizer’s expense to the indicated address.
FINAL PROVISIONS
a. The Contest is in no way sponsored, supported or administered by Facebook.
b. The Organizer reserves the right to change the contest rules if necessary.
c. Participation in the contest implies acceptance of these regulations.
